Its a small plaza near the cruise ship ports where local artists gather sell their works of art. This plaza is also a great place to have something to eat. There are several restaurants and cafes. In the middle of the plaza there is a statue of Arturo Somohano. He was the director of the San Juan Symphony Orchestra. If you are hungry or want to buy some Puerto Rican memorabilia this is the place to go.
