Its one of the most visited plazas because it is right next to the ports where cruise ships dock. It is also near La Puntilla parking lot, which is one of the biggest in Old San Juan. The fountains light up at night which makes it a another great reason to visit. Many food trucks and street vendors border this plaza. These food trucks make some of the best food in Old San Juan.
